A comprehensive, easy to use workbook containing tools that includes sections devoted to:

You will receive an interactive e-workbork and support by trained professionals who have direct experience and training in mindfulness and psycho-therapy. We understand that it is only possible to sustain weight loss when the root cause is uncovered.
